Order Processing & Cancellation Requests

We begin processing orders very quickly, often within 2 hours during business hours, and within 24 hours during evenings, weekends, and peak sale periods. Orders ship by the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once an order has been packed or a shipping label has been created, it is considered in fulfillment and can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Economy Shipping

We ship using Economy Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground), which typically arrives in:

5–8 business days
(Most orders arrive in 3–6 business days.)

Economy shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight.

Free Shipping

We offer Free U.S. Shipping on orders over $49 (after discounts).

Priority Upgrade

If you need your order sooner, you can choose Priority / Expedited shipping at checkout.
This usually arrives in 2–3 business days depending on your location.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
