Shipping

Domestic - Shipping is free on all orders over $49—no code needed. Orders under $49 will be charged a flat rate based on package weight. 

International - Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected service.We partner with USPS International and DHL to offer reliable, trackable shipping.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that international tracking may take longer to update, depending on the carrier and country.

Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, you can return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To start a return, just contact us at hello@lakesidejournals.com, and we’ll guide you through the quick process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or in error.

Please note: Returned items must be in original, unused condition and include all original packaging.
